griptape	a rough adhesive tape, as used on skateboarding equipment.
halfpipe	a U-shaped object used in skateboarding stunts.
kickflip	a skateboard manoeuvre; (verb) to perform a kickflip.
landboard	a kind of large skateboard.
ollie	a jump into the air in skateboarding; (verb) to perform a jump into the air in skateboarding.
skateboard	a narrow board made of wood, fibreglass, etc, mounted on small wheels; (verb) to ride or perform stunts on a skateboard.
skateboarder	one who skateboards.
skatepark	an area set aside for skateboarding.
skatepunk	a participant in a skateboarding subculture.
wheelie	a manoeuvre on a bicycle or skateboard.
